REVIVAL · PLANNING YOUR VISIT

Skin preparation before an event in NYC.

Skin preparation before an event in NYC should account for the date, your skin’s history and any recovery you can accommodate. Revival helps you discuss a sensible next step for photographs, a work event or a celebration, without promising an overnight transformation.

WHEN THE DATE IS ALREADY SET

A photograph is only part of the brief.

A professional headshot, a presentation and a birthday dinner can all bring different priorities. Tell us what is happening and when. Whether you will be travelling, outdoors or wearing makeup is useful context for the clinical conversation.

Start with one clear goal. You might want to discuss a familiar facial or understand why your skin has changed. You do not need to choose a machine or make a diagnosis before asking for an appointment.

MAKING ROOM FOR THE RIGHT PLAN

The closer the date, the more selective the plan.

Ask what visible recovery is possible and whether the proposed appointment leaves enough time for review. A treatment described as quick can still have effects you would prefer not to manage before photographs.

Tell your provider about prior reactions and treatments. Avoid choosing something unfamiliar purely because it is promoted as event preparation. If the timing does not fit, there is no obligation to proceed.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

An appointment that fits the day.

Check the complete appointment length, not just the time a device is in use. Consultation, preparation and discussion afterwards can affect your schedule. Availability shown in Fresha is the starting point; contact us if your timetable is tight.

Our Midtown practice is on East 36th Street by Madison Avenue. We open Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, 10 AM–7 PM. An enquiry asks our team for help; only a separate booking confirmation reserves your appointment.

A LITTLE CLARITY

A few things
worth knowing.

Ask our team
Can you guarantee I will be photo-ready?

No. Skin responses and recovery vary. Discuss the event date and possible effects before deciding on treatment.

Can I have a facial the day before an event?

Ask the treating provider about the exact facial and your history. Do not assume every facial is appropriate immediately before an important date.

Is this a wedding guide?

This guide focuses on an already scheduled event or photo appointment. Our wedding guide covers a longer planning process and multiple dates.

Which facial should I choose?

Review the facial and DiamondGlow pages, then ask for an assessment if you are unsure. A name or trend cannot determine suitability.

Can I wear makeup after treatment?

That depends on the treatment and your provider’s instructions. Ask before booking if makeup is essential for the event.

Do you have evening appointments?

Our public clinic hours end at 7 PM on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Actual appointment availability is shown in Fresha.

Can I book for a group?

Contact the team about individual availability. A group visit or exclusive use of the spa is not promised by this page.

Where can I see prices?

Current prices are available in the treatment directory and individual service pages. Confirm the exact scope and any eligible offer before treatment.
