What is
Under-eye filler?
Not every dark circle needs volume.
Under-eye filler may be considered for selected hollows between the lower eyelid and cheek. Darkness can also come from pigmentation, thin skin, visible vessels, puffiness or lighting; adding filler does not address all of these.
This is a delicate area with particular risks. Assessment should include lower-eyelid skin, swelling, cheek support and any previous filler before deciding whether treatment belongs in your plan.

Treat a hollow, not every shadow.
Where suitable, a specifically selected filler changes the contour of a hollow. The aim is to alter the transition between the eyelid and cheek, rather than erase every line or color difference.
Product approval is specific to the product and site. Your provider should explain their recommendation and why another approach may be preferable.
During your appointment
- Assess. Your provider examines the area at rest and in movement, reviews previous filler and discusses the appropriate product and amount.
- Treat. Filler is placed at selected points using a needle or cannula.
- Review. You receive aftercare guidance and a plan for reviewing the settled result.

Downtime & recovery
Allow for temporary swelling, bruising and tenderness. Your provider will explain aftercare and when to assess the settled appearance; an immediate photograph is not the final result.

The early appearance includes swelling. Review the settled contour with your provider before considering additional treatment. Duration and the need for maintenance vary.

What should I discuss before treatment?
Discuss medications and supplements with your Revival provider before treatment. Do not stop prescribed medication without guidance from the prescribing clinician. Filler can cause swelling, infection, lumps and asymmetry. Accidental injection into a blood vessel can cause tissue damage, blindness or stroke. Sudden vision changes, unusual severe pain or pale or dusky skin require urgent medical attention.
