Dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning uses a blade to remove superficial skin cells and fine vellus hair, often called peach fuzz. It is a surface treatment rather than a laser or a permanent hair-removal method.
The assessment considers active acne, irritation and skin sensitivity. A smoother surface may suit your goals, but deeper scars and persistent pigment need a different conversation.

No. It removes hair at the surface; laser hair reduction targets the follicle.
