How do I use my first-treatment offer?
Tell our team this is your first Revival treatment before payment. The 10% welcome benefit applies once to one eligible treatment at its standard price. Confirm the treatment and final total before proceeding.
Can I combine the 10% with another offer?
No. It does not combine with member rates, seasonal offers, packages, referral discounts or Reserve Fourth. Membership dues and gift cards are excluded. We will help you identify the best single eligible price.
Is a consultation complimentary?
An in-person aesthetics consultation is complimentary. Treatment is separate and subject to assessment. You can book the consultation directly through Fresha.
Do I have to decide on treatment at my consultation?
No. You can ask questions, discuss the recommendation and take time to decide.
Can I choose a provider?
Yes, subject to availability in Fresha. Our team page introduces the providers.
What should I bring?
Bring your questions and relevant treatment history. Follow the instructions supplied for your appointment and discuss medications with your clinician; do not stop prescribed medication without the prescribing clinician’s guidance.

Does an enquiry reserve an appointment?
No. Your appointment is confirmed separately through the booking process.
