Chin & jawline filler?
Contour in the context of your face.
Chin and jawline filler can change selected contours by adding material beneath the skin. It may be considered when the goal is greater chin projection or a more defined jawline.
Bone structure, soft tissue, skin laxity and submental fullness all influence the profile. Filler addresses only part of that picture, so the assessment should explain what adding volume will—and will not—change.

Your provider evaluates the profile from the front and side, reviews existing asymmetry and discusses the amount of change that is realistic.
During your appointment
- Assess. Your provider examines the area at rest and in movement, reviews previous filler and discusses the appropriate product and amount.
- Treat. Filler is placed at selected points using a needle or cannula.
- Review. You receive aftercare guidance and a plan for reviewing the settled result.

No. Filler adds volume; it does not remove fat beneath the chin.
Can filler replace jaw surgery?
No. It changes soft-tissue contour and cannot correct bite problems or restructure the jaw.

What should I discuss before treatment?
Discuss medications and supplements with your Revival provider before treatment. Do not stop prescribed medication without guidance from the prescribing clinician. Filler can cause swelling, infection, lumps and asymmetry. Accidental injection into a blood vessel can cause tissue damage, blindness or stroke. Sudden vision changes, unusual severe pain or pale or dusky skin require urgent medical attention.
