Our entrance is at 24 East 36th Street, close to Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Look for the Revival awning and check the location page before setting out. Parking is available down the block; the operator determines rates and availability.
Public clinic hours are Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, 10 AM–7 PM. Appointment availability and provider choice are shown in Fresha. Contact us ahead of time with questions about entrance arrangements or accessibility.

Before agreeing to treatment, ask who will answer recovery questions, what review is needed and whether your remaining time in New York is sufficient. We currently offer in-person consultations; a future remote appointment should not be assumed.
Discuss any relevant previous treatment records directly with the clinical team. Do not upload medical records or clinical photographs to a general enquiry form. If an ongoing plan depends on several visits, understand those requirements before buying a course.

Can I have treatment and fly home the same day?
Ask your treating clinician about the specific procedure and itinerary before booking. We do not give a blanket clearance for same-day travel.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Not currently. The complimentary aesthetics consultation is in person.
Are you open every day?
No. Our public clinic days are Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, 10 AM–7 PM.
Does submitting the form reserve a time?
No. An enquiry is a request for contact. Your appointment is confirmed separately through booking.
Is parking included?
No included parking is promised. Parking is available down the block with rates and availability set by its operator.
Can I use a package during a short trip?
Ask about the required session spacing and follow-up before buying. A course should not be compressed to fit a trip without an appropriate clinical plan.
Can I choose my provider?
Yes, subject to Fresha availability. Contact the team if you need help finding an appointment during your stay.
